Summer is right around the corner which can only mean one thing: it's strawberry season.
I am particularly excited about this because the strawberries in my local grocery store are at it's prime right now. I don't understand! (Probably because I did not do any prior research) Nonetheless, it is getting me hyped up for this summer.
We have seen many viral food trends come and go. Starting with the ICONIC whipped coffee during lockdown, we have moved Emily Mariko's salmon rice, then to the viral Bloom Greens. The most recent food trend I have seen on TikTok is Tiffany Magee's chicken apple sausage lunch plate.
What is next? I am so glad you asked because my prediciton is strawberries and cream.
Although you can just buy whipped cream from the store, here is the twist: you whip your own cream! I imagine making the cream is similar to making the whipped coffee. I have not tried it yet, but I am confident that it will work. 😃 #delusional
The idea is perfect for the summer. It is easy enough to make, but If it doesn't become the next viral food trend, I will take matters in my own hands.
